Queets Campground - Olympic National Park {Video}

The Queets Campground in Olympic National Park is located in the Queets temperate rainforest. This campground takes a little bit to get to but is great for solitude and epic scenery.

Queets Campground - Olympic National Park

The first thing we have to tell you about this campground is to pack BUG SPRAY!!! When we visited this campground we were covered in mosquitoes.

We ended up applying bug spray multiple times in a short amount of time to try to handle all of the bugs.

The scenery is amazing but it is definitely bug heavy.

How to get to Campground

Queets Campground is a way out from Highway 101. If you turn off Highway 101 and end up on a logging road you are on the wrong road!!!!

We ended up turning on the wrong road and driving through National Forest dirt roads until we found the campground.

The road is paved for the first portion until the last few miles are dirt roads.
